Summer Heats Up at the 4th Annual Chilifest!

Event: 4th Annual Summer ChiliFest – Presented by Hormel Chili
Location: Wachusett Mountain Ski Area, 499 Mountain Rd, Princeton, MA 01451
Date: July 29, 2006 (rain or shine)
Time: 12pm – 4pm
Admission: Adults - $5 in advance, $6 at the door
Children (ages 6-12) - $3 in advance, $4 at the door
Children (ages 5 & under) – FREE!

Event Description: The Fourth Annual Summer Chilifest – Presented by Hormel Chili on Saturday, July 29th will feature the best chili recipes from professional chili cooks, local restaurants, and amateur chefs. Attendees get the opportunity to sample some of the best Chili in New England, Listen to Live Country Music by The Roys, and watch the Chili-Dog eating, Chili Eating and “Insane” Hot Pepper eating contests. This event will benefit the American Red Cross, who will be conducting a blood drive during the event.
For the pros -- this is an official International Chili Society qualifying event for the
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP CHILI COOKOFF in Omaha, Nebraska! While the amateurs and restaurants compete for bragging rights and some awesome prizes!!
